NOVA single color LED and color changing RGB light strips from JEM LIghting Industries, Inc., are a second generation LED light strip product designed for architectural use. NOVA is ideal for lighting coves, backlighting, niches, displays, edge lighting in glass and Plexiglas, and banding applications previously dominated by fluorescent and cold cathode neon-type sources. An obvious choice in both new installations and retrofit applications, NOVA Light Strips offer low voltage operation, long life of LEDs, ease of installation and physical robustness. LEDs also operate reliably in cold weather, eliminating the flicker and startup problems associated with fluorescent and cold cathode lighting. Low voltage operation also adds safety with reduced fire hazards as no high voltage is present to cause arcing... so commonly the cause of fires with neon lighting. LEDS contain no lead or mercury.
NOVA LED Light Strips are available in color changing RGB, warm white, cool white, green, blue, red, and amber. Optional power supplies and RGB controllers are UL listed for wet or dry conditions where indicated. Power cables are all-weather grade for exterior and wet location installation. Accesories include polycarbonate mounting tubing, end caps for both dry and wet location, mounting clips, tubing couplers, power supplies and RGB controllers.
